坡改梯的损益分析——以贵州省喀斯特地区为例

摘要: 用广义的效益—成本分析法,运用价值流量概念,对坡改梯的效益和成本进行了分析,结果表明,坡改梯是喀斯特地区农业可持续发展的重要途径,可增加耕地面积、提高水资源利用率和利用效率,可有效增进抗御灾害能力,可增加农产品产量,可同时提高经济、资源、生态环境和社会效益。

关键词: 坡改梯, 损益分析, 喀斯特地区

Abstract: The benefit cost analysis is used to analyze the benefits and cost of terracing in dynamic terms. It is concluded from this analysis that terracing is one of the most effective and efficient ways for realizing sustainable agricultural development in Karst areas such as Guizhou Province. Terracing can effectively improve the u tilization capacity and utilization efficiency of cultivated land and water reso urces in agriculture.Meanwhile, it can also improve the anti disaster capabilit y of agricultural system.Terracing can simultaneously increase economic, resourc es, ecological, environmental and social efficiencies in agriculture, including increasing farmers income, alleviating rural grain deficit and poverty situat ion, protecting scarce natural resources, and managing soil and water erosion. T erracing has plaid,is playing and will play an important role in sustainable agr icultural development in Karst areas.
