薜荔瘦果的营养成分研究

A STUDY ON NUTRITIVE COMPOSITION OF THE ACHENIA OF FICUS PUMILA L.

摘要: 首次对薜荔(FicuspumilaL.)瘦果进行营养成分分析,结果表明:薜荔花被果胶含量为3270%,蛋白质含量为380%,总糖含量为2033%,总黄酮含量为1514%;薜荔种子果胶含量为1515%,蛋白质含量为1570%,粗纤维含量为2620%,总黄酮含量为208%;种子含油率高达3013%,油的多不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比值(PUFA/SF)为1093;薜荔瘦果的维生素和矿质元素含量也很丰富。研究结果为合理开发研制薜荔保健食品提供科学依据

Abstract: Ficus pumila L.,widely distributed in areas south of the Yangtze River in China,belongs to Moraceae plants.For generations,dried achenia of Ficus pumi la L. were made into jelly among the people.For the first time,we studied the nu tritive composition of the achenia.The main results show that the perianths of F icus pumila L. contain pectin 32.70%,protein 3.80%,total sugar 20.33%,total f lavonoids 15.14%,and the seeds of Ficus pumila L. contain pectin 15.15%,protei n 15.70%,crude fibre 26 20%,total flavonoids 2.08%.The seeds contain 30.13% of oil,in which the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid (PUFA/SF) is 10.93 to 1. Contents of mineral elements and vitamins are rich in the achenia.The results provide scientific basis for the rational exploitation a nd development of Ficus pumila L. into a health food.
